Asics 33 Collection voted best new entry into the ‘Natural Running’ category

The launch of the Asics 33 collection has entered the top 3 in the ‘natural running’ category in Germany according to latest NPD data, reporting over the first quarter of 2012

Asics’ new natural running collection has grown rapidly to reach this position in Europe’s largest natural running market within six months of launch.

The latest research shows the ‘natural running’ category, which includes natural, minimalist and barefoot running footwear, is the fastest growing running category across Europe with triple digit growth experienced across the major markets (Germany, France, Spain and Italy). The ‘natural running’ category now makes up over 20% of the total core running segment in Germany, 10% in Italy, 9% in Spain and 6% in France.
