Winning an Award is a great opportunity to raise the profile of your business and stimulate market interest. Marsha Hall won Footwear Designer of the Year at the 2014 Footwear Industry Awards. She said:  “Winning Footwear Designer of the Year has worked as a great platform of opportunity to promote my business. As a result of winning the award I have had features in numerous publications in the press and also featured on a couple of radio stations too.”

Plans for the event are well underway, and Cheryl Taylor, editor of Footwear Today Magazine commented: “The indications are that the 2015 Footwear Industry Awards will be even bigger and better than last year! This hugely popular annual event offers a great opportunity for the Footwear Industry to celebrate the achievements of some of the wonderful people who work in the footwear trade and of the brands. It promises to be an exciting evening, with many treats in store….my lips are sealed! I’m looking forward to meeting up with old friends and new on the night!”

Now in its fourth year, the Footwear Industry Awards will return to the National Motorcycle Museum on Sunday 15th February 2015. Organised by Datateam Business Media for the industry, with the support of the British Footwear Association (BFA), the Independent Footwear Retailer’s Associaton (IFRA), Society of Shoe Fitters (SSF) and Footwear Today, the event – now in its 4th year – promises to be an enthralling evening, held on the first night of the Moda Footwear Show, 2015.
