Mountain Equipment’s new Compressor Jacket and Compressor Gilet are superlightweight, extremely compressible and make for ideal stow-away companions for when the going gets tough: wet, windy or cold. The Compressor Gilet packs down to the size of a tennis ball and comes with an integral stuff sack.

PrimaLoft-insulated, it’ll keep you warm, protect from wind and rain. It’s versatile too: use as a shell or for layering.

The Compressor Jacket is Mountain Equipment’s lightest insulated jacket to date. This is due to the use of PrimaLoft and its own brand water resistant outer fabric [called He30.rs].

Perfect replacements for pile or fleece garments at a fraction of the bulk, they provide outstanding warmth. Thanks to PrimaLoft’s water repellency and light weight both can be used as an outer, layered up or carried just-in-case.

Details: Compressor Jacket: 2 external zipper hand-warmer pockets; internal security pocket; elasticated cuffs; adjustable collar; stuff-sack. Colours: Storm (black), Kiwi, SRP £100. Compressor Gilet: 2 external zipper handwarmer pockets; internal security pocket; adjustable collar; stuffsack. Colours: Storm (black), Kiwi, SRP £80.
