Power Suit training aid
Soup up training with the Power Suit, available in either shorts or vest (sold seperately), and available in small-medium-large-XL sizes. It's a simple idea, a vest and short combo with pockets to hold iron bars.
This makes training in the suit akin to resistance training, with the vest able to hold up to 72 weights when fully loaded, which is 20lbs. The shorts can hold 36 weights, fully loaded, which equals 10lbs.
Each unit comes with a free set of 12 weights; weights are sold in sets of 12.
The Power Suit might be especially useful for rugby players, though it could potentially be used as a training aid for any sport. It's used by former heavyweight boxer Lennox Lewis and, among others, it has been supplied to Premiership club Derby County for use in training.
