brasher has officially launched a new website focusing on its latest ‘What's your Playground' campaign, which is also being incorporated into its advertising, PR and in store merchandising campaigns from March 2008.
The site has been designed to communicate the pure enjoyment of the outdoors, from climbing Helvellyn to a gentle stroll around a city. The home page illustrates this with a visual that contrasts the emotion of reaching the peak of a mountain with a romantic weekend break, taking in the sites of Paris.
www.brasher.co.uk also includes a brasher blog which encourages visitors to share their outdoor experiences and comment on topics, which are added on frequently to keep the site fresh and exciting. It will attract a new and younger audience to the brand, as it continues to move at speed to deliver greater product opportunities in new categories, appealing to a much wider consumer base.
Visitors to the site will benefit from the clearly differentiated product and stockist guide, which has been split between the brand's outdoor performance and urban lifestyle footwear segments. Well-defined categories lead consumers to a selection of footwear and accessories best suited to their specific outdoor activity, with greater concentration on individual styles. The features and benefits of each product are fully explained, with a recommendation on nearest stockists to drive more customers in store.
