Most athletes, at whatever level, however serious, use moisturiser of some kind or other, for different reasons at different times of year. I'm no different, though my needs are more demanding than most thanks to dry skin on my face and hands; this means I use moisturiser all year round, and I'm constantly trying new ones out to find what works best for me, especially in the context of exercise.
Lotil has apparently been around for 100 years and, I have to say, it's a pretty good general purpose moisturiser. It'll never replace Neutrogena for the hands, but it's a good face cream and works well in most other places, too, but I'll leave those to your imagination.
As well as the tube of Lotil Cream, there's a dedicated foot cream which is ideal for runners and walkers. Most runners try to keep their feet soft as, if there's no hard tissue, there's nothing for skin to abrade against and therefore, no blisters. The foot cream is great stuff, and certainly comes recommended.
