Over 90 per cent of available space is already completely sold out for the Autumn show and with over four months still to go. Suppliers still wanting to exhibit at the show need to be quick to secure space and not to miss out at the key outdoor event of the year.

As the UK's only domestic outdoor show for the trade, OTS offers retailers a "one-stop shop" for a variety of outdoor accessory products with a diverse product selection from sleeping bags, rucksacks, camping furniture, stoves, GPS, torches and knives to outdoor and military clothing and footwear, socks, travel accessories and watersports equipment including wetsuits and canoes.

Many of last year's exhibitors were so pleased with business done at the show they have increased the size of their stands. New brands such as Lifemarque, Tilley, BIC Sport, Big Agnes, Weird Fish, Tropicare, Climb High (UK) and 1,000 Mile Sportswear have all recognised the importance of the autumn show, booking stand space before the show becomes a total sell-out. HI-TEC have increased their presence at OTS by bringing their mobile showroom to the show to highlight their complete footwear range.

Commenting on the early signs of another successful OTS, show organiser Alasdair Scobbie from MCS said: "We are really pleased with progress to date, it's re-assuring to have the majority of floor space sold out, five months prior to the show. To date 72 companies have signed up to show at OTS and this offers a fantastic selection of outdoor products for the retailers to see at the one venue.

We are expecting that retailer buyers from the multiples as well as leading independent stores continue to support the show, recognising that OTS provides a real focus in the UK for the outdoor trade. It provides an opportunity for suppliers to showcase new products for the following season as well as offering short term pre Christmas top up opportunities to buyers. Stoneleigh is proving to be a popular exhibition venue due to its central location in the heart of the Midlands , excellent transport links and ease of access."
