Simone Moro and Hervé Barmasse, both members of The North Face global athlete team, have summitted the Beka Brakai Chhok (6940m) in the Karakorum chain, Pakistan.
The Beka Brakai Chhok, a fantastic pyramid of ice and rock that had resisted several attempts from alpinists in the past, became their peak of choice. Simone and Hervé summitted the mountain in the purest alpine style, without any advanced camp, in less than 48 hours.
