2009 sees the exciting launch of Cloudveil Mountain apparel in the UK market. This extensive range features multi-sport apparel suitable for any outdoor environment from walking the foothills to extreme mountaineering.
The entire 2009 Cloudveil range is new to the UK market and includes all of the innovative new pieces from the global Cloudveil range. The complete range is on display at ispo.
Following the success of the legendary Koven Plus Hard Shell Jacket, the new Koven Plus Down Jacket is a hybrid of natural fibres and 21st century technical fabrics, creating a piece that continues to progress Cloudveil's creative line of core mountain apparel. The fully seam-sealed jacket is uniquely quilted with quality down and topped with Cloudburst stretch fabric. The jacket is fully lined with Mirage Rip-Stop.
No other pair in the line speaks to the core outdoor enthusiast as loudly as the Spacewalk Jacket and Pant. Cloudveil was the first to introduce the idea of an insulated soft shell and continues to lead the way with this pairing. The integration of schoeller- dynamic and Primaloft One delivers the perfect balance of breathability and warmth. The hood, shoulders and critical areas on the pants are seam sealed for increased weather protection while allowing for maximum breathability in the main body. The jacket's attached hood allows for peripheral adjustments with the pull of one hand.
The new Shadow Peak Jacket and Pant combine streamlined design and new fabric technology to create two carefully crafted additions to the hard shell range. Ultimate weather protection is achieved through the use of GORE-TEX Performance 3L with fully sealed seams, a sealing storm hood that can be zipped off and a collar with its own unique hidden cinch to lock out the cold.
Cloudveil's innovative use of fabrics and technology creates a unique range that performs in-tune with the user's needs and the range spans soft shell (insulated and non-insulated) jackets and pants, hard shell (insulated and non-insulated) jackets and pants, fleeces, base layers, hats and gloves.
