Harrod wins big!
Winning three top level awards in the space of two weeks is Harrod's remarkable accomplishment.
Lowestoft-based Harrod UK Ltd scored the top award at the inaugural Lowestoft & Waveney Chamber of Commerce Business Awards being named the Chamber & President's Outstanding Business of the Year. As well as scooping the highest honour of the night, Harrod UK also won the Jobcentre plus Award for Diversity in Business, and were highly commended in three further categories.
Hot on the heels of these regional awards, Harrod UK were further delighted to win the Investors in People Award for Delivering Business Improvement through People at the Personnel Today Awards held at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London. This national award is new for 2008 and was introduced to recognise organisations who have invested in HR approaches that deliver business returns and maximise staff potential.
