Intersport January show a success
Intersport's recent Q3 2009 show for their members, on January 6th - 8th at their venue in Solihull, was certainly a success under new General Manager Barry Mellis. The event included a new 'corridor' on entering the exhibition area, with sporting memorabilia and plasma screens giving information and generating a bit of excitement for people arriving.
29 major brands displayed their wares included Mizuno, New Balance, adidas, Reydon Sports, Gilbert, Speedo, Tyr, Asics and many more. This event was attended by more than 90 per cent of the group's member stores, which is an outstanding turnout. The show's third day was for Intersport's own branded products.
