CHAMPIONS' CHOICE FOR UNICORN AND PDC
The Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) have announced that Unicorn Products Ltd will continue as official dartboard supplier to the PDC for the next five years. The arrangement will include use of the Unicorn borads both in televised events such as the Ladbrokes.com World Darts Championship and Holsten Premier League Darts as well as on the Pro Tour, which from 2007 will include at least 25 events around the world.
Unicorn's dartboards have been used exclusively in PDC tournaments for the past nine years since first being used at the 1997 World Championship.
"We are delighted to continue our partnership with Unicorn Products Ltd," said PDC Chairman Barry Hearn. "They have worked consistently hard to continue to improve their dartboards in recent years and stay at the forefront of the market. Every dart thrown in PDC tournaments will be on a Unicorn Eclipse Pro dartboard - great recognition for a superb product."
