Regatta has enhanced its sunglasses collection for 2007 with the introduction of several new sports and fashion-led styles. Following on from its successful launch last year, the spring / summer 2007 sunglasses range features nine sporty new styles and an additional six new fashion designs to boost the current selection and reflect seasonal trends.
The Regatta sunglasses range, which includes a choice of 51 different styles, has been designed with active outdoor enthusiasts in mind, delivering technical benefits at affordable prices to appeal to a larger group of consumers. Combining 24 classic and contemporary styles, the Sports range comprises popular wraparound and one - piece styles – many of which feature polarised, revo or mirrored lenses and soft touch materials for a comfortable fit.
Each Sports style boasts lightweight, yet durable polycarbonate lenses for high impact protection from the elements, and styles RGSC52, RGS90 and RGPC7 are available with additional lenses to allow the wearer to easily adapt their eyewear during changing light conditions. Highlights of the newly refreshed Sports range include the lightweight wraparound styles RGS91, RGSP92, and RGS25, which are available in three frame and lens colour options.
Focusing on the latest eyewear trends, the Regatta Fashion range is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts who appreciate high quality eyewear offering both on-trend design and all important eye protection against harmful U.V rays. Retro aviator frames and classic designs ensure that the 17-piece Regatta Fashion range offers a style to suit all tastes and face shapes.
The extended range now includes oversized frames in shades of crystal teal, black, brown and tortoiseshell, and rimless aviator and visor styles with smoke blue, dark smoke and graduated brown lenses. Classic wraparound style RGF100 - available in teal, crystal toffee and crystal grey with polarised lenses – is another stylish addition to the range.
Safety works with style to combine both function and great looks throughout the Regatta Safety range, which offers 10 contemporary designs produced with lightweight polycarbonate materials. Each versatile design is ideal for gardening, sailing, walking, shooting, cycling or taking part in any hazardous activity requiring complete eye protection.
To showcase the range in-store, a branded 20-piece counter display stand is available free with orders of over 40 pairs of sunglasses. Customers looking for a larger display stand only need to order 80 pairs of Regatta sunglasses to receive a rotating Regatta floor stand which holds 40 pieces.
Each pair of sunglasses comes with either a drawstring micro-fibre pouch or a hard case to protect additional lenses and to transport them safely and easily. A sports case is also available to purchase separately with any style.
