Australian swim brand Zoggs has launched a triathlon-specific training website, www.swim4triathlon.com, to help triathlon enthusiasts get the very most out of their swimming training.
Building on the brand’s popular Swim4Fitness website, which helps registered users build their fitness and swim ability through a set of training programmes, Swim4Triathlon goes a step further. An astonishing 132 sessions are available for free download, from novice sprints to Ironman distance, making Swim4Triathlon the one-stop-shop for triathletes of all abilities.
“We developed Swim4Triathlon after recognising the massive growth of the sport in this country,”Zoggs CEO Mark Hammersley told SGB UK. “Swimming is traditionally the weakest leg for most people competing in a triathlon. Utilising our expertise at Zoggs and in tandem with advice and tips from leading triathlon coaches and professionals,we’ve devised this website to help people get the most out of their swim training and race-day performance.”
In addition to the swim training programme, Swim4Triathlon includes equipment advice, nutritional information, FAQs for training / races, tips & techniques from the pros, event information, and access to newsletters and a Zoggs support team.
