Catalyst backpack (Green) - £80. Use the Catalyst for accelerated trips to the backcountry, day-tripping on the trail or as a minimalist overnighter. The bag is made from differential-cut ShiftLayer nylon fabric, and features front-panel loading for fast access to gear. An outside, center-zip vertical storage pocket holds gloves and lunch.
An Autofit harness allows quick adjustments to the 3D spacer-mesh shoulder straps and split waistbelt (which stabilises the load over the lower back and hips). Other details include a slider-adjusting sternum strap with a built-in safety whistle; a hydration pocket with hidden tunnels to keep tubes out of the way; compression straps to stabilise the bladder whatever its volume; and side-mounted stretch-mesh pockets for water bottles.
Lightwire backpack (Red)- £65. A minimalist design and ultralight, breathable, and quick-to-dry. FreeFlow shoulder straps make this a pack that you can carry all day. The removable, perforated back panel adds structure as well as a hydration pocket for active pursuits. The simple waistbelt can also be used to convert the entire bag into a compression stuff sack. Vertical compression straps adjust the load. The fabric is a strong, lightweight, 30-denier triple-ripstop nylon and the bottom fabric is reinforced with a DWR (durable water repellent) finish. It comes with a zippered security pocket.
