Demonstrating the strong collaborative approach of the industry, outdoor brands will combine at this year’s OutDoor show in Friedrichshafen,Germany, to raise funds for conservation. The members of the EOG Association for Conservation are donating products for the fundraising event.

The event will take place from 2pm to 3.30pm, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, on the EOG Association for Conservation stand, located in the Entrance Foyer West close to the entrance to Hall a1.Confirmed participants currently include Patagonia,The North Face, Cascade Designs,Mammut, Light My Fire, and Berghaus with many more expected. A wide variety of products will be available to visitors in return for cash donations, all of which will go directly to the Association. A limited number of each product will be available on a first come, first served basis.Hervé Chabert, president of the EOG Association for conservation and Patagonia’s European general manager commented: “Patagonia is extremely pleased to be able to be a part of this unique event.We see this as a very positive way to support the Association and raise its profile.With the first announcement of projects to be funded also being made at the show we hoped that the enhanced visibility of the Association will encourage others to become members.”
