Chief Executive appointed to SAFEA and FSPA boards
Chris Harrod, Chief Executive of leading sports equipment manufacturer Harrod UK, has recently been appointed to two high profile positions within the industry.
Chris has been selected as Chairman for The Sports and Fitness Equipment Association (SAFEA), and will also represent The Federation of Sports and Play Associations (FSPA) as its Main Board Director.
In addition, Chris is a member of the British Standards Institute (BSI), and is also the UK representative for sports posts on the Comité de Européan Normalisation (CEN).
Harrod UK was a founder member of the CEN committee in 1989, and the company has been a prominent advocate of goal post safety for many years.
