Foreign exchange and payment specialist, Travelex, has announced details of a new sports coaching initiative, The Travelex Sport Exchange. The initiative was launched by four of the world’s top sporting specialists: tennis legend John McEnroe,World Champion fly-half Jonny Wilkinson, and world conquering Australian cricketers Brett Lee & Adam Gilchrist.
The Travelex Sport Exchange is about providing an opportunity, every month, for any sportsman,woman or team in Britain of any age to be sent to wherever in the world they need to be to get the best coaching experience for their chosen specialism.
Aspiring sporting specialists need to visit www.travelex.co.uk/sport to upload their entries. The entries can be in video or text form. In the entry they describe why they are specialist in their chosen sport and why they think they have what it takes to represent their country in the sport they love. Video clips must be no longer than 60 seconds and all written entries under 200 words. Any sport will be considered from football and rugby to lacrosse and BMX. The Travelex Sport Exchange fund will then pay for a monthly winner to experience the best coaching for their sport.
