Focus on Powertraveller
Powertraveller made its auspicious debut at Friedrichshafen this summer, winning a prestigious Outdoor award in the Best Aceesory category for its Solar Gorilla. They’re following up that debut with a first appearance at ispo, as Brand Manager Jane Harsham explained to SGB Outdoor: “We made a fantastic debut at Friedrichshafen. It was our first time at an outdoor show, and the response was incredible from buyers and retailers. The message that came across was about our whole range, we’re not just about one or two products.
Ispo: 7 - 10th February 2010
Traditionally, it's been the key wintersports show for Europe, but for 2010 the trade show is dropping the ‘winter' to become simply ispo. This is because the show has added much more for visitors, with fitness, outdoor, performance, style and Sports Source Europe all adding to the mix. It is, the organisers say, an evolution, a response to what the market needs. It also means there is no longer a summer ispo event, after the Bike Expo was launched this past summer.

ispo winter 2009
ispo 09 took place over four days at the beginning of February and was, as ever, absolutely spectacular. The organisation, the show itself, the venue - everything is on such a huge scale that one almost wants a whole week to see everything. With that in mind, this is just a 'potted highlights' as to cover everything would need the whole issue.
