New premium backpacks from Haglöfs
Haglöfs' Top-Of-The-Line collection is now strengthened with two new backpacks for demanding tours. The newcomers are each other's opposites when it comes to areas of use, but they are equally able to manage extreme challenges without being extremely complicated.
Sumo - for really heavy loads
Sumo is made for expeditions and other long tours that require heavy, bulky loads, and it has all the characteristics the demanding user needs:
- Its carrying system is Haglöfs most well equipped. The Contact Pro Adjustable System has extra broad, upholstered shoulder straps. Padding for the back is built up from double layers of ventilated cell foam to provide pleasant carrying comfort.
- With a spear weight distribution system, load can be shifted from the shoulder straps to the hip belt.
- Backpack contents can be reached through an opening along one side.
- The top cover can be removed and used as a waist bag on shorter excursions
- Features Haglöfs' unique snow lock and closure under the top cover that can be opened single-handed.
Sumo is available in two sizes, 75 and 95 litres. Weights 3.15 or 3.40 kg.
Roc - Haglöfs' new backpack for mountaineers
Pure and simple were the watchwords when Haglöfs' designed the new Roc. Prominent mountaineers took part in the development efforts, and made sure maximum functionality led the choice of every detail. Above all Haglöfs focused on safety, both for the carrier and his climbing companions.
Roc is available in two sizes, 25 and 35 litres.
