Never Compromise reveals X-Ray results
Never Compromise, Cleveland Golf's specialist putter brand ‘that's brimming with attitude', has launched a new line of premium putters, NCX-Ray.
Published:  15 June, 2009

Never Compromise is the American brand that's mantra is to ‘Never make excuses' and ‘Never stop pursuing perfection', and, more than likely, golfers will Never have seen see anything quite like their new NCX-Ray putters, which begin shipping on June 15.

The NCX-Ray line consists of four models, three of which have mallet-heads, and all of them feature the brand's Suspended Face Technology (SFT). SFT takes the form of an eye-catching, dual-density face insert that has a set of hard, parallel ribs embedded across the putter face in a soft composite. The theory is that SFT provides excellent dampening without sacrificing any feedback.

With the clubface very lightweight, around 25% of the clubhead weight has been relocated to the extremities of each putter head to maximise the moment of inertia and produce a consistent strike from all areas of the putter face.

American brand Never Compromise has been making putters since 1997, and Cleveland Golf bought the company in 2003. The NCX-Ray putters have been taken into competition on the PGA Tour by 11 golfers so far, including Vijay Singh and Joe Durant.

As they say at Never Compromise: ‘Never leave a little meat on the bone'.
