Scarpa is launching a brand new mountaineering line; the Phantom line sees a new Phantom Guide and Phantom 6000 and for the summer alpinist, the Phantom Ultra.
Significant rock shoe developments will also be unveiled with a new line called Instinct which has been developed to meet the needs of the new generation of boulderer's and sport climbers. This line introduces the ground-breaking Vibram XS Grip 2 which is one of the most important developments in rock shoe rubber for the last decade. Grivel enhance their core line with the introduction of the radical G20 crampons weighing just 800grms per pair and featuring mono-rail technology. This introduces a new generation of super-lightweight yet rigid crampons. Most significantly Grivel consolidate their entry into the rock climbing market with the introduction of a full line of carabiners including regular gate, wire gate, super light wire gate and screw gate, quick draws and slings.
Outdoor Research is introducing a new climbing clothing line aimed at the ‘Trad Climber' supported by a strong line of lifestyle, fun yet functional T-shirts, along with updates to the brand's core categories of hand and headwear.
