STAG launches new web site
In recent months, STAG Buying Group has undertaken a major re-branding exercise with the launch of Freedom, STAG's outdoor buying group. The rebranding has culminated in the launch of the company's new web site, at www.freedombuyinggroup.com.
The new site will be interactive for STAG members with a secure log-in area where members can view special offers and supplier terms.
Other features include a news page, links to STAG supplier web sites, information on how to join the group and about their buying show, and details of STAG overhead savings services. An interactive forum and stock exchange facility are planned for the future.
STAG's Ricky Chandler said of Freedom's launch, "Our web site has always been well accepted as an information sire for retailers and suppliers looking to join the group, but we wanted to create a site that STAG members would find useful to use ona day-to-day basis. We also wanted to have a vehicle that would give suppliers the ability to promote on-the-spot special offers and get instant returns."
