Aqua Sphere has added new workout fins to its stable of aqua gym training equipment. Designed to create extra resistance when kicking, the company says the Zip II Fins help create the most efficient full-leg workout available, helping to build stronger muscles quicker.
The split-fin technology allows the improved, narrower blades to twist independently during each stroke at a precise angle that creates lift and thrust, improving kicking mechanics and reducing ankle fatigues, Aqua Sphere claims. Designed to allow swimmers to work out for longer with reduced muscle and joint stress, the fins have an open heel and a six-point adjustable strap and non–slip pads on the fin rails for improved push off the wall.
