Californian shoe brand K-Swiss and celebrity fitness expert Deanne Berry have joined forces to launch an online workout available to watch and download for free via video hosting sites and iTunes.
The K-Swiss Tubes Workout with Deanne Berry is the first versatile workout available to viewers across multiple platforms; incorporating eight sections available to view as podcasts or fully download.
Sessions include warm up, aerobic, dance and combat routines.
The launch of the workout coincides with the launch of K-Swiss’ biggest innovation technology to date, Tubes.Tubes are K-Swiss’ new fitness shoe comprising a series of cylindrical tubes on the sole of the shoe that offer optimum comfort, durability and stability.
K-Swiss said the technology of Tubes allows the shoe to move in motion with the foot, creating an ideal all round training shoe for gym users, fitness classes and light running.
