Swimwear brand launches largest consumer advertising campaign targeting women’s fitness
Swimwear brand Aqua Sphere is launching its largest consumer advertising campaign to encourage women to enjoy swimming as a fitness tool.
The campaign focuses on the Aqua Sphere Naiad range of fitness swimwear, which helps women look good, feel good and be more comfortable thanks to the Body Control System, according to Aqua Sphere.
US swimmer Amanda Beard, a four-time Olympian, model and mother, is at the heart of the creative spotlights.
Aqua Sphere UK said it is placing full-page versions of the advert across leading UK women's lifestyle magazines from February onwards and believes the campaign will boost the profile of its performance swimwear.
It recently reported a sales increase of 20 per cent in 2010, with expectations of similar growth in 2011.
It added that it has created retailer merchandising packages to suit all styles of shop, from compact counter displays to comprehensive Swim Zone concepts.
