Precision Goalkeeping gloves seen on international stage for first time on hands of Keiren Westwood as Republic of Ireland beat Macedonia
Coventry City goalkeeper Keiren Westwood became the man to launch Precision Goalkeeping gloves on the international stage as the Republic of Ireland beat Macedonia 2-1 in a European Championship qualifier at the weekend.
The victory takes the Republic of Ireland to the top of Group B level on points with Russia and Slovakia after five games of the campaign.
Precision Goalkeeping was launched in 2010 as part of a brand expansion programme by Precision Training.
David Sanderson, national sales manager for Precision Training, said: “Our debut on the international stage is a landmark step for the brand in what has already been an outstanding year.
“The new range of gloves hits the stores this month and the feedback from the retailers has been very encouraging; it is a very exciting time for Precision Goalkeeping.”
