D3O appoint Mostyn Thomas as Marketing Director
D3O, the British impact protection specialists, have appointed Mostyn Thomas in the newly created role of Marketing Director
The appointment comes at a time of significant growth for D3O and comes with a brief to spearhead the brand's communications and build brand partner marketing programmes.
Thomas joins from Musto, the technical sailing apparel brand, where as Marketing Director he was a member of the Senior Management team that transformed the company's performance over the last two years which included a £5million upturn in EBITDA in a 12 month period. Prior to that Thomas was Head of Global Marketing & Sponsorship at Canterbury of New Zealand, the rugby apparel brand, during a period that saw the company grow from £6.5million to £38million turnover in Europe in four years.
One of Thomas’s first projects was to launch XERGO, a new product range of limb protectors from D3O at EICMA, the International Motorcycle Show in Milan last week and co-hosting a press conference with leading motorcycle apparel brand Furygan.
